This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document is attached. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06, Dated 06-10-2021. The Network Contracting Office 8-SAO East intends to award a fixed-price requirements contract to provide commercial services, providing for all labor, equipment, materials, services, supervision, management and transportation necessary to provide Self Care Housing (Hotels/Motels) Services for the James A. Haley VA Hospital (JAHVH) in accordance with the below Performance Work Statement (PWS) and attached Price Schedule.
