Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder Campus, intends to solicit a firm-fixed-price contract for the removal and replacement of the existing standby emergency generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) serving Building 4. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing generator and ATS, furnish and install a new standby emergency generator (with natural gas and diesel options) and compatible ATS, perform all associated electrical modifications, conduit and wiring installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation in accordance with the Statement of Work, applicable codes and standards, including NIST Site Standards.
