Reintegration of the following existing components from the current instrument at no additional cost to CCR/NCI: CFI60 Apochromat TIRF 100X Oil Immersion Objective Lens (N.A. 1.49), MCL 100 micrometer piezo nanopositioner with controller and electronics, EMCCD camera, C-NSTORM 647 filter set, C-FL TIRF CFP/YFP filter set, and NIS-Elements STORM acquisition and analysis software licenses
DELIVERY / INSTALLATION

Upon award and delivery, the contractor must notify the NCI Project Officer, Sandeep Pallikkuth, to schedule an installation date and time. Installation must include full optical alignment, integration of all new components, reintegration of reused components from the existing instrument, and verification of complete system performance to manufacturer specifications. The Contractor shall install the system and have it ready for use within fourteen (14) days after delivery.
4.3 TRAINING
Onsite training of LCMB Microscopy Core personnel on operation of the complete system is required following installation.
