This opportunity seeks Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide analyst support services for the Army Capabilities Integration and Development System (ACIDS), focusing on live training modernization: - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis - U.S. Army Training Support Center, Force on Force Training Division - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or commercial vendors are named in the requirements - Services Requested: - ACIDS Analyst Support Services, including: - Analysis, development, documentation, integration, and coordination of live training instrumentation and tactical engagement simulation requirements - Preparation of key deliverables such as Concepts of Employment (CONEMPs), Initial Capability Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Capability Production Documents (CPD) - Analytical support for the Synthetic Training Environment Live Training System (STE LTS) - Labor categories: Project Manager, IS Requirements Analyst, TES Requirements Analyst - Estimated 4,368 man-hours per year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns - Contractor personnel must maintain a SECRET security clearance - Government provides office space, equipment, and training - Interested parties with relevant Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) topics are encouraged to respond - Firm fixed price contract with a base year plus six option years

Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis issues this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for ACIDS support to develop, refine, and document instrumented live training modernization requirements. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis, 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB).
