CONSTRUCTION COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONTHERE IS NO INCUMBENT; THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT.Non-personal services to repave and re-stripe the parking lots at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) at #4 Falcon Drive in Peachtree City, GA and optional work (contingent of funding) for non-personal services to repave the area around the Upper Air building at #7 Falcon Drive per the attached Statement of Work.(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 1305M326Q0302 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for the repaving and re-striping of the parking lot for the NWS at #4 Falcon Drive and for the optional work (contingent upon funding) for the repaving of the area around the Upper Air building at #7 Falcon Drive in Peachtree City, GA.This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $19.0M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
