The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Office of Data Governance and Analytics (DGA), is seeking contractor support for the modernization of the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Enterprise Interment Services System (EISS). - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - Office of Information & Technology (OIT) - Office of Data Governance and Analytics (DGA) - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or commercial vendors are named in the requirements. - Services Requested: - Program implementation and project management support for EISS - Documentation and analysis of current business processes and gap analysis (4 units) - Business architecture and systems integration support (2 units) - Validation and documentation of data reconciliation requirements (3 units) - Development and configuration of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)-aligned data configuration for EISS (2 units) - Establishment of a joint NCA-OIT governance structure (1.5 units) - All services must be compatible with the VA's Palantir Foundry environment - Focus is on IT services, data management, business process mapping, and data integration - No hardware, software products, or part numbers are specified - Notable requirements: - Emphasis on enterprise data management, governance, and technical/business architecture - Contractor must support process mapping, gap analysis, and data quality improvement - Work is primarily remote with occasional meetings in Washington, DC - Period of performance is six months
