The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), under the Department of Justice National Acquisitions Section, is seeking a provider for NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Training classes for its staff across 122 locations. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section - Office: National Acquisitions Section - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; training must comply with NFPA 101 standards - Products/Services Requested: - NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Training Classes - Estimated 4 classes per year, each three days in duration - Each class accommodates up to 30 students - Training covers NFPA code development, structure, and occupancy-specific chapters for correctional facilities - Includes course materials, student manuals, certificates of completion, and all travel expenses - Classes may be delivered in-person (Aurora, CO) or virtually via Microsoft Teams - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Qualified instructors must have relevant experience and NFPA committee involvement - Firm fixed price per class; no guaranteed minimum quantity - Contract set aside 100% for Women-Owned Small Businesses (NAICS 611430) - Extensive DOJ security and compliance requirements - Period of performance includes a base year, four one-year option periods, and a 6-month extension option

Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single firm fixed price award to an offeror that will be responsible for providing NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.  Estimated at (4) four (3) three day classes per year.
