NSWC Crane, part of the U.S. Navy under NAVSEA, is soliciting quotes for raw copper and aluminum materials for fiscal year 2026. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) - Office: NSWC Crane, Indiana - Products Requested: - Copper Sheets (.375" X 33" X 97", ASTM B152, MIL-STD-147, MIL-STD-15011, MIL-STD-23312) - Aluminum Plates (multiple sizes and shapes, all MIL-STD compliant) - Aluminum Round Bar (2" RD X 1.875", MIL-STD compliant) - Aluminum Ingots (90-95 lbs each, MIL-STD compliant) - Shipping and Freight Charges - Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001 and A002 - Quantities: - 181 units each for all copper and aluminum line items - Unique Requirements: - All materials must conform to specified MIL-STD and ASTM standards - Technical acceptance based on conformance and positive past performance via SPRS - Delivery required within 20 weeks to NSWC Crane, Indiana - Set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; materials must meet military and ASTM standards - No option years or subscription terms; single delivery period - Offerors must be registered in SAM

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for copper and aluminum.

The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a total small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.104-1. The Delivery required is FOB Destination.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling     1- 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12.201-1.

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/ . It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
