This opportunity is for preventative and remedial maintenance services for the DAQ Electronics Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS V) at the U.S. Army Tobyhanna Army Depot. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Tobyhanna Army Depot (Planning Branch and Contracting Command APG, Tobyhanna Division) - OEM Highlight: - DAQ Electronics LLC is the sole OEM referenced, with its StarWatch Security Management Solution and ICIDS V hardware as the focus of the contract - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and repair of all DAQ Electronics ICIDS V components across 65 zones - Includes software, sensing devices, annunciators, batteries, and associated equipment - Quarterly preventative maintenance (4 per year) - Unscheduled repairs and up to 4 critical emergency repairs annually - Remedial maintenance and contractor assessment visits (12 per year) - Emergency services (4 per year) - Additional remedial maintenance as needed, subject to approval - Notable Requirements: - All services must be performed by ICIDS/DAQ SMS certified technicians - Compliance with CMMC Level 2 (Self) is mandatory - Security clearances, annual training certifications, and detailed maintenance reporting are required - Contract includes a base year plus four option years - Set aside for small businesses; SAM registration required
