The U.S. Air Force, through the 5th Civil Engineer Squadron at Minot Air Force Base, is seeking a contractor to supply and install compact kitchen ranges in a dormitory: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 5th Civil Engineer Squadron, Dorm Management at Minot AFB - Products Requested: - 27 four-burner compact ranges (208V/240V AC, 60 Hz, 30-40 AMP), similar to Hotpoint Model RAS240DMWW - Features: black or white finish, 23.5-24.5 inches wide, heat limiting cooking surface protectors, on-indicator light, hot burner indicator light - 54 UL Listed 40 AMP, 4-ft, 4-wire, 4-prong appliance power cords (two per range, including one spare set) - Services Requested: - Removal and off-base disposal of old ranges and cords - Delivery, installation, and functional testing of new units - Daily cleanup and minimal disruption to dorm operations - Compliance with safety, security, and building codes - Unique/Notable Requirements: - One spare range and power cord to be provided to the customer - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and transportation - Product literature and photos required for technical compliance - Work must be completed within 10 business days after start, with start required within 30 days of award - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs required, but Hotpoint (Model RAS240DMWW) is referenced as the standard for comparison

Description

The contractor shall supply and install twenty-seven (27) compact ranges, including new appliance power cords, within building 276 dormitory common areas. Responsibilities include all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and disposal services necessary to complete the project.
