Description

The Public Housing Community Fund (PHCF) is seeking a qualified Green Space Consultant for a two-year contract to support the Green Space Connections 3.0 initiative. The consultant will lead community engagement, education, and surveying across four NYCHA campuses in New York City to prepare residents for participatory design and activation of green spaces. The work includes research, facilitation, resiliency and sustainability education, and supporting design phase accountability. The contract is expected to start in September 2026 and end by December 2028, with compensation of $120,000.
