Grambling State University is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive lawn and landscaping maintenance services for its West Campus. - Government Buyer: - Grambling State University Purchasing Department - Scope of Services: - Basic lawn maintenance (grass cutting, trimming, litter/debris removal, clipping removal) every two weeks for 17 cycles per year - Edging and weed control, 17 cycles per year - Shrub and hedge maintenance, monthly (8 times per year) - Bush hog services, twice per year - Additional mowing and bush hog services available on an as-needed basis - Emergency cleanup (litter, fallen limbs, storm debris) on an as-needed, hourly basis - Contract Details: - Initial term is one year, with up to two one-year renewal options - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials - Compliance with insurance, safety, and quality standards is required - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; the contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary equipment and materials
