The selected consultant will assist ARC's Chief Executive Officer, staff, and partners in enhancing impact, clarity, presence, and content for public addresses, focusing on two segments during the State of the Region event on November 4, 2026. The contract may be amended to add additional public speaking coaching services for ARC leadership staff. Work is expected to begin in August 2026 and be completed by December 31, 2026.
