Description

The County of Orange is seeking to pre-qualify firms to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) and related services for County-wide and District-wide projects through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. This will establish Qualified Vendor Lists (QVL) for various A-E disciplines, leading to contracts awarded by the Board of Supervisors for a three-year period. The services are supplemental professional services needed to meet workload demands for design, project administration, and management on an as-needed basis.
