Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued in accordance with the Revolutionary Far Overhaul Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO FAR) Part 12 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the procurement of commercially available products or services. The total estimated dollar value of this requirement is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This solicitation provides a significant opportunity for responsible vendors in the open market to compete for the provision of the identified product(s) or service(s). Vendors are encouraged to submit competitive quotes that fulfill all stated requirements and deliver best value to the government. Small businesses, including those owned by Service-Disabled Veterans, Women, HUBZone, and other socioeconomic categories, are strongly encouraged to participate. All responsible sources that are able to meet the requirements outlined in this RFQ are invited to submit a quote. Interested vendors should ensure their quotes are comprehensive, responsive, and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided herein. Quotes are due no later than May 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. Late submissions may not be considered unless determined to be in the best interest of the government. This procurement represents an opportunity to engage in a streamlined acquisition process, supporting the agency's mission through the timely and cost-effective delivery of quality products or services. REQUEST FOR QUOTE This is a request for quote announcement but it may not end in an award, therefore, it does not obligate the government to award a contract. If a vendor responds to this announcement, the vendor may or may not receive a response. The purpose of this RFQ is for market research, to make appropriate acquisition decisions, and to identify potentially qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, and other small businesses capable of performing the work. A contract award may not result from this Notice. In the event that a vendor wishes to respond, documentation of technical expertise must be provided in sufficient detail for the government to determine that the company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
