Description

This RFP is for the provision of managed IT support services for the City’s municipal IT environment and Kelowna International Airport (YLW). Services include continuous operation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, incident response, change execution, vulnerability management, documentation, and reporting for in-scope systems and infrastructure. The services cover network, wireless, firewall, identity, access control, security monitoring, server, backup, communications, airport operational systems, and related technology environments, in accordance with the performance, security, governance, and operational requirements set out in Appendix C.
