The City of Georgetown is seeking qualified vendors to provide Concrete and Asphalt Easement Repair Services for city properties and public rights-of-way. - Government Buyer: - City of Georgetown, Purchasing Department - Scope of Work: - Concrete repairs: sidewalk, residential and commercial driveway removal and replacement, curb and gutter work, ADA curb ramp construction, concrete saw cutting, and additional reinforcement - Asphalt repairs: removal and replacement (up to 8" depth), public roadway asphalt repair, asphalt saw cutting, flexible base material, and tack coat application - Services include mobilization/minimum service calls for both concrete and asphalt repairs - All work must comply with ADA and Texas standards, and include all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and disposal - Products/Services Requested: - Multiple line items for concrete and asphalt repair, each priced per unit (SF, LF, CY, EA, LB) - No specific OEMs or product brands are required; focus is on service delivery and compliance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be properly licensed and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations - Services are provided on an as-needed basis citywide, including emergency repairs - Pricing is per unit for each repair type - Contract term is one year with up to four one-year renewals (potential total of five years) - Electronic submission through the city's E-bid system, insurance, references, and adherence to city agreement terms are required

Description

The City of Georgetown is soliciting sealed proposals for Concrete and Asphalt Easement Repair Services. Repairs will be requested on an as-needed basis and will vary in size. The successful proposer must meet all requirements of the RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's E-bid system by July 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, with a public opening held immediately thereafter via Microsoft Teams.
