The City of Georgetown, Texas is seeking proposals for a comprehensive retail, mobility, and demographic analytics platform and related services. - Government Buyer: - City of Georgetown, Texas, Purchasing Department - Products and Services Requested: - Subscription-based analytics platform providing: - Location intelligence - Consumer behavior insights - Economic development analytics - Retail recruitment and tourism support - Trade area analysis, site selection, foot traffic benchmarking, demographic segmentation, event analysis, and reporting - Annual software license and subscription for up to five years (one-year base with four one-year renewals) - Implementation, account setup, onboarding, user training (live and recorded), and ongoing support - Quantities and Line Items: - 1 license and annual subscription per year (Years 1-5) - 1 implementation and account setup service - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Unlimited user access to the platform - Platform must support mapping and reporting on education, race, and regional origins of visitors - Must provide analytics relevant to economic development, retail recruitment, and tourism - Vendor must demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide references - Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and licensing - Electronic proposal submission required - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or proprietary platforms are named in the solicitation; the City is open to proposals from qualified providers of analytics platforms - Evaluation Criteria: - Experience, software success in similar organizations, methodology, business requirements, and price

Description

The City of Georgetown is soliciting sealed proposals to provide a retail, mobility, and demographic analytics platform. The successful proposer must meet all RFP requirements, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all applicable laws. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City's E-bid system by July 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on July 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT via Microsoft Teams.
