- Includes emergency stop and revenue-grade energy measurement
- One battery balancer/shop charger for maintenance
- Shipping of locomotives and charging stations to Tacoma Rail
- In-person training for Tacoma Rail personnel on operation, maintenance, and safety
- Estimated project budget: $14 million
Shoreline Permitting Workflow Management System
- Configurable off-the-shelf (COTS/SaaS) solution for managing shoreline permits (approx. 571 lots, 40 applications/year)
- Must support permit intake, inspections, compliance tracking, GIS (ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5) and document management (preferably SharePoint)
- Payment processing integration (Trust Commerce/Wells Fargo First Data)
- Offline mobile inspection, role-based access, automated alerts, and compliance with WCAG 2.1, ADA Title II, and FERC reporting
- Implementation, licensing, hosting, integration, data migration, training, and ongoing support
- Estimated budget: $500,000 for a 3-year term, with two optional one-year renewals
