The Port of Tacoma is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing architectural and structural design services for a roof replacement on the complex of structures located at 3319 Lincoln Ave. The scope includes evaluation of the existing roof, gutter, and drainage systems, design of roof replacement or upgrades, permitting assistance, bidding support, and construction support.
