Description

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks qualified organizations to provide the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation with current model year or newer OEM Standard Minivans and/or Passenger Van vehicles for purchase under the State Transit Program. The contracts will commence from the executed contract date and continue for three years, with the option of two one-year renewals. Bids can be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS Powered By MOVERS or by mail via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Hard copy bid submitters must notify the buyer five days before the solicitation closing date via email. MoDOT will not accept bid responses via email.
