Montgomery County Commission's Purchasing Department is seeking proposals for a turnkey solution to furnish the new District I Community Center in Alabama. - Government Buyer: - Montgomery County Commission, Purchasing Department - Scope of Procurement: - Comprehensive procurement, storage, delivery, assembly, installation, and warranty support for: - Commercial furniture (lobby, office, conference, multipurpose, classroom, gaming/esports) - Food service furnishings (cafeteria tables, dining chairs, booth seating, storage cabinetry) - Commercial and warming kitchen equipment (refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, ice machines, warming/holding cabinets, stainless steel prep/work tables, serving counters, shelving, dishwashing equipment, mobile food service carts) - Athletic, recreational, and specialty furnishings (team benches, scorer tables, scoreboards, lockers, ADA-accessible and sensory-friendly furnishings) - Optional outdoor furniture and accessories - Services Required: - Product specification consultation (including finish/color selection, cut sheets, brochures) - Space planning and ADA compliance assistance - Warehousing and secure storage prior to installation - Delivery, assembly, installation, and anchoring of all products - Warranty administration and post-installation support - Notable Requirements: - Turnkey, category-based pricing (not lump sum per room) - Excludes recycling receptacles - Voluntary site visits available - Proposals must be submitted in one original and four copies, organized by category - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the RFP is open to all qualified manufacturers and solution providers - Anticipated move-in for the facility is late Spring to early Summer 2027

This is an amendment to the Request for Proposal (RFP) CC-2026-FURN for the procurement, storage, delivery, and installation of furniture and kitchen equipment for the District I Community Center.
