This opportunity involves the reconfiguration and upgrade of the IPE Warehouse at Little Rock Air Force Base for the 19th Contracting Squadron (19 CONS PKA), Air Mobility Command, Department of the Air Force. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, 19th Contracting Squadron (19 CONS PKA), Little Rock Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Husky (specified as the required brand for pallet racks) - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and reinstallation of 180 Industrial Grade Guide/Guard Rails with extensions (anchored into concrete, OSHA compliant) - Removal and replacement of 6 bollards; installation of 24 new 5.5" O.D. bollards (42" tall, Safety Yellow with Black caps, OSHA compliant) - Disassembly and reinstallation of 180 pallet racks (3 levels, 48" deep, 20' tall, 132 positions) - Installation of 4 new pallet rack rows with 390 new Husky pallet racks (3-4 levels, 254 pallet positions, installed to OSHA standards with fire safety spacers) - Pallet rack stanchions: 25 for 22' height, 9 for 16' height, 10 for 12' height - Support beams: 5.5" x 108" (rated at 9,100 lbs or greater), 6.0" x 168" (rated at 6,100 lbs or greater) - Mesh wire decks: 2.5x4 x 6 gauge, 192 galvanized wire, 3,000 lbs capacity or greater - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All pallet racks must be Husky brand, welded, and made from US steel for safety and quality - All installations must comply with OSHA standards - Gray color specified for racks - 150-day period of performance from contract execution
