Description

Okanagan College has issued a Notice of Intent to amend its existing Vernon Food Services Agreement with Dexterra Food Services Limited Partnership to include operations and food service delivery within the S Building at the Kelowna Campus. This amendment will expand the Supplier's current service delivery model and financial reporting requirements to cover the S Building operation as part of their overall Food Services operation. The contract duration includes the full length of the contract, including any potential extensions, with further details subject to contract finalization. Submissions must be made by July 20, 2026, and objections to the proposed direct award must be submitted in writing by the same date.
