Description
The City of Charleston is soliciting proposals for a Corner Store Operator to operate a convenience/grocery store at 91 Hanover St. The City will provide a sustainably upfitted store including major equipment at no cost to the operator. No on-site food preparation is permitted; only commercially pre-packaged food may be sold. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2026, and questions must be submitted in writing by July 24, 2026. Proposals are due by August 11, 2026.
