Description
The City of Chula Vista is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a commercially available off-the-shelf hosted software solution. The software will support the review, organization, redaction, and production of email records and other electronically stored information related to the City's California Public Records Act response workflows and legal/administrative review processes. The solution should manage large volumes of electronic communications, improve efficiency and collaboration, and support workflows including ingestion, search, review, redaction, and export of records. Integration with the City's Public Records Request software or a built-in request tracking module is highly desirable. The contract term is three years with options for renewal.
