Description

The City of Elgin, Illinois is soliciting sealed bids electronically for the 2026 Traffic Signal Capital Improvements Project. The work includes installation of traffic signals, traffic posts, controller upgrades, re-lamping LED signals, underground conduit and fiber optic installation, assembly of rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), signage removal and replacement, restoration of the construction area, and incidental work.
