Description

The City of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified persons or firms to provide services as a Website Strategic Consultant. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's e-bidding service provider, Euna OpenBids, by August 6, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. CST. A pre-proposal conference will be held via videoconference on July 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. CST.
