ESC Region 13 seeks proposals from qualified independent contractors to be included on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) to provide services in support of the Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative. The services include development, revision, and alignment of resources to Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), technical assistance, content expertise in college, career, and military readiness standards, and guidance to ensure TEKS fidelity and compliance within TCMPC frameworks. The solicitation excludes consulting services, direct-to-student services, product-only offerings, professional development services, and staff augmentation. Providers awarded will be placed on the QPL for TCMPC TEKS services only and may be selected for work during the contract term.
