Description

The City of Whittier is seeking qualified vendors to provide custodial and related services for various City-owned buildings at locations throughout the City. There are a total of sixteen (16) facilities included in the service scope. The service covers the entire building unless specific areas are excluded in the proposal. Vendors must submit proposals by mail or hand delivery by July 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The contract includes fixed pricing for the initial three years with potential discussions for price escalations thereafter.
