The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified consultant to provide design, implementation, and project management services for the Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (RTSSP) along the Niguel Road corridor. The project aims to improve traffic flow by optimizing signal synchronization timing and making infrastructure improvements at 17 traffic signals and 5 offset signals.
