The U.S. Marine Corps School of Infantry-East at Camp Lejeune is seeking comprehensive waste management services for its training facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, School of Infantry, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune - Contract Administrator: David Bovee - Scope of Services: - Rental and servicing of 173 portable toilets across multiple locations - Rental and servicing of 8 hand washing stations at Camp Geiger chow hall - Bi-weekly servicing (Tuesdays and Fridays) including waste removal, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and maintaining sanitary conditions - Final removal of units within five days after contract completion - Product and Service Details: - Portable toilets must meet strict construction and sanitation standards (corrosion resistance, chemical-resistant interiors, hand sanitizer dispensers) - Hand washing stations must be provided and serviced as specified - Unique Requirements: - Strict servicing schedule and quality assurance measures - Waste disposal must occur off-base - Compliance with detailed sanitation and maintenance standards - No specific OEMs or brands are named; vendors must supply compliant equipment and services.

Description

School of Infantry (SOI) - East is requesting 173 portable toilets and eight (8) handwashing stations for a period of 12 months.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes:

(1) Price;

(2) Technical;

(3) Past Performance.
