Description

Pamlico County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors, contractors, locksmiths, and system integrators for the replacement of security electronics, detention locking system components, and video management systems at the Pamlico County Detention Center. The project includes PLC-based door control components, touch screen control stations, intercom systems, lock cylinder replacement, rekeying, video management software, cameras, recording and storage equipment, network infrastructure, monitoring workstations, installation, programming, integration, testing, training, warranty, maintenance, and support. This is a competitive, performance-based solicitation requiring a complete turnkey system solution that meets or exceeds operational and technical requirements.
