Fort Pierce Utilities Authority seeks one supplier for the purchase and delivery of approximately 125,400 lbs. (approximately 11,000 gallons) per year of Ortho/Polyphosphate Blended Liquid corrosion inhibitor to their Water Treatment Plant. The product must have an Ortho/polyphosphate ratio of 50/50, be a stable clear to light amber liquid free of impurities, have a pH between 4.0 and 7.0, and a specific gravity of 1.35 to 1.45. It must be ANSI/NSF Standard 60 approved for use as a corrosion inhibitor in potable water, with the vendor maintaining a current NSF listing throughout the contract. The quantity is an estimate and the authority reserves the right to purchase more or less.
