Description
The Province of Nova Scotia is conducting a continuous onboarding process for additional respondents to qualify for providing Legal Services for Real Property Transactions. This process follows the same terms, conditions, qualifications, and evaluation criteria as the initial RFSQ issued on May 29, 2024. Evaluation and selection of respondents will occur continuously from the issue date until the onboarding process ends. The services are intended to support legal needs related to real estate transactions for the Department of Public Works and Department of Growth and Development.
