Description

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services firms to provide comprehensive support for the construction of the Farmwell Road Intersection, Pedestrian, and Bicycle Improvements Project. The project spans from 0.036 miles west of Ashburn Road to 0.241 miles east of Waxpool Road. The selected consultant will provide full-time on-site inspection, construction administration, materials sampling and testing, documentation management, and related engineering and compliance support to ensure construction activities conform to approved plans, specifications, VDOT standards, and contract requirements. An optional virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on July 22, 2026.
