Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to submit an information collection request (ICR) titled "Technical Assistance Needs Assessments (TANAs) at Superfund Remedial or Removal Sites" to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). This is a renewal of the existing ICR, currently approved through March 31, 2027, with a 60-day public comment period. The ICR involves soliciting feedback from affected community members to assess their needs for technical assistance related to Superfund remedial or removal sites. EPA estimates interviewing 20 individuals per site at five sites annually, totaling approximately 100 individuals interviewed each year.
