Description

This proposed rule aims to amend the Class D and Class E airspace at Morgantown Municipal Airport-Walter L. Bill Hart Field, Morgantown, WV. The FAA is proposing this action as a result of a biennial airspace review to bring the airspace into compliance with FAA orders and support instrument flight rule (IFR) procedures operations. The amendment includes expanding the lateral boundaries of Class D and Class E airspace areas and removing the Morgantown VORTAC from the airspace legal description.
