Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) plans to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the Healthy Start Evaluation and Quality Improvement program. This program aims to improve maternal and infant health outcomes and reduce infant mortality by providing outreach, case management, care coordination, health education, and supportive services to women, infants, children up to 18 months, fathers, and families in communities with high rates of infant mortality. The proposed revision includes minor changes to data collection forms to improve clarity, reduce respondent burden, and enhance data accuracy. HRSA seeks public comments on the burden estimate and other aspects of the ICR before submission to OMB.
