Hillsborough County intends to award a sole source procurement to The Computer Solution Company of Virginia, LLC d/b/a Forensic Advantage for a unified Medical Examiner Case Management System and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for five years at an estimated cost of $1,234,622. The system will integrate case management and LIMS functionalities, providing automated chain of custody, electronic workflow management, advanced reporting, secure record management, and interaction capabilities with external agencies.
