DLA Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking to procure advanced spectrum analysis equipment for its operations. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division (DLA-PME) - Office located in Bremerton, Washington - OEMs and Vendors: - Anritsu is the specified OEM for all requested equipment - Products Requested: - Field Master Pro Spectrum Analyzer (Anritsu MS2090A) with the following options: - Option 199: Real-time spectrum analysis (RTSA) - Option 509: AM/FM Modulation Measurements - Option 709: 9 GHz Spectrum Analyzer - Quantity: 3 units - Coaxial Calibration Kit Type N(m) DC to 8 GHz (Anritsu OSLN50A-8) - Quantity: 2 units - Notable Requirements: - All items must be new and traceable to the OEM (Anritsu) - Item unique identification and supply chain traceability are required - Compliance with FAR and DFARS clauses, including electronic invoicing via WAWF - Set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, and EDWOSB - Delivery is FOB destination to TRIREFFAC, Silverdale, WA - Delivery required by the specified date; inspection and acceptance at destination

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
