This solicitation is for refuse collection, disposal, and recycling services at the Great Basin District - Hungry Valley State Vehicular Recreation Area in Los Angeles County, California. The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidental costs necessary to lawfully collect, haul, and dispose of refuse and recyclables in accordance with the specifications in Exhibit A and related attachments. The contract performance period is anticipated to be 24 months. The Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement has been waived, but the DVBE incentive still applies.
