Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health is soliciting proposals for the Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) through RFP 25-009. The program includes a variety of energy-related assignments such as energy master planning, utility management, energy audits, retro-commissioning, energy conservation measures, operations and maintenance support, research and development, capital project planning, energy modeling, and design review of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, and the work is state-wide.
