Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health is soliciting proposals for the Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) through RFP 25-009. The program includes a variety of energy-related assignments such as energy master planning, utility management, energy audits, retro-commissioning, energy conservation measures, operations and maintenance support, research and development, capital project planning, energy modeling, and design review of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
