Description

The County of Ulster is seeking qualified Construction Management firms to provide comprehensive oversight, coordination, and management for the construction of communication towers for a County-Wide Radio System. The project includes pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of the County-Wide Emergency Communications System Project. The selected firm must have experience in constructing emergency communication towers, foundations, and shelters designed to withstand extreme northeast weather. The Construction Manager will act as an extension of County staff to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all technical specifications, local zoning, and federal safety regulations.
