Description

This solicitation is for a contract to provide commissary items to the Secure Treatment and Rehabilitation Center-Oakview (STARC-Oakview) located on the campus of the Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC) in Marcy, NY. The contractor will supply a variety of individually packaged products including food-related items, personal hygiene items, and greeting cards to two commissary locations on the CNYPC campus. The contract term is from OSC approval until July 30, 2031. Bids are due by July 31, 2026, and questions must be submitted by July 17, 2026.
