Description
This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service for the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation & Tourism (DCRT), Office of State Museum (OSM) for various museum locations in the New Orleans, LA area. The contract period begins with the date of award and ends June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The scope includes maintenance and repair of various types of elevators including passenger, freight, and dumbwaiters at multiple museum sites. A mandatory jobsite visit is required for all bidders.
