NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is seeking to procure two full-day, in-person Data Storytelling Workshops for up to 70 financial and project analysts. - The workshops will focus on enhancing data communication skills, including: - Crafting impactful data stories - Creating effective graphs and slides - Integrating messages with data - Improving presentation skills - The vendor must provide all training materials and tailor content using NASA-specific examples. - Training will be delivered onsite at MSFC in Huntsville, AL, with NASA providing the training room, projector, and sound system. - NASA intends to award this as a sole source contract to STORYTELLING WITH DATA LLC, identified as the only provider for this specialized workshop. - The procurement falls under NAICS code 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training). - Other vendors may submit capability statements to challenge the sole source determination. - The period of performance is two consecutive workdays, scheduled for either August 24-26 or September 14-17, 2026.

Description

Synopsis:

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Storytelling with Data Immersive Workshop. 

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to   STORYTELLING WITH DATA LLC   under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that   STORYTELLING WITH DATA LLC 7815 N River RD  River Hills, Wisconsin 53217-3025 United States    is the sole provider of  Storytelling with Data Immersive Workshop.

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).

The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 611430.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 7/14/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
