This opportunity is for the supply of chemicals and related equipment to support water treatment plants, swimming pools, HVAC closed loop systems, boilers, cooling towers, and septic tanks at U.S. Naval Support Activity locations in Naples and Pozzuoli, Italy. - Government Buyer: - Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EAC) - Public Works Department (PWD), Production Division, Utilities and Energy Management (UEM), and Facilities Management and Sustainment (FM&S) - Products and Equipment Requested: - Large-scale supply of water treatment chemicals, including: - NSF/ANSI 60 certified R.O. Antiscalant (2,700 units) - Sodium Hydroxide 30% (15,000 units) - Sodium Hypochlorite 12-18% (2,000 units) - Hydrochloric Acid 30% (100 units) - Sodium Chloride (Softener Salt) (6,400 units) - Various swimming pool chemicals: flocculants, biocides, algicides, pH correctors, de-chlorinators, scale removers, degreasers, diatoms, calcium hypochlorite, and winter pool treatments - Boiler and cooling tower chemicals: antiscalants, corrosion inhibitors, biocides - Septic tank treatments: odor neutralizers, enzyme additives - Water analysis reagents and kits: DPD chlorine reagents, cyanuric acid, phenol red, buffer solutions, hardness/alkalinity/iron/phosphate/sulphine kits - Equipment: portable pH meters, conductivity meters, analysis kits - Quantities range from single units (for equipment) to thousands of kilograms or liters (for chemicals) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All chemicals must comply with NSF/ANSI 50 and 60 standards - Delivery to multiple U.S. Navy facilities in Italy - Detailed documentation and safety compliance required - Anti-mafia screening applies - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the solicitation or attachments - Contract Structure: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract - 5-year ordering period

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 using simplified procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number N6817126QN024 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EAC) – Public Works Department (PWD) provision of chemicals for Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), Swimming Pools, and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Closed Loop System. The services are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1.
