Description

The Government of Canada, through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of legal, securing and property management, and marketing, sales, and conveyancing services on a nationwide basis. This procurement aims to deliver the Enhanced Claim Service Model (ECS) and Default Real Estate services. The agreement will be non-exclusive, with an initial term of three years and an option to extend for an additional two years, totaling a potential contract duration of 60 months.
