The requirement is for the procurement of a specific, brand-name Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) management platform. This acquisition includes the hardware, software, integration engineering, operator training, and maintenance support necessary to conduct a comprehensive Proof-of-Concept (PoC). The system is a "drone-in-a-box" infrastructure capable of autonomously launching, recovering, recharging, and sheltering a fleet of 12-18 sUAS. The government's minimum essential requirements for this mission, which cannot be met by other market alternatives, are as follows: Multi-Drone Fleet Capacity: The system must be a single tactical unit capable of housing, managing, and autonomously operating a fleet of at least 12 sUAS simultaneously to provide continuous, untethered surveillance. Platform Agnosticism: The system must be able to integrate with and operate multiple drone models currently on the Blue UAS Cleared List, including the Teal 2, Teal Black Widow, and Skydio X10D. This prevents vendor lock-in to a proprietary drone fleet. Automated Expeditionary Logistics: The system must be vehicle-mountable (approx. 400 lbs), deployable in under 10 minutes, and capable of fully automating the entire sUAS lifecycle (launch, recovery, battery charging, and redeployment) without requiring manual operator intervention for battery swaps or aircraft handling.
